기존 MALS 검출기 문제를 해결한 현대적인 광학 설계


• 10°(LALS) → 90°(RALS) → 170°(HALS) 에 이르는 넓은 각도 범위를 제공합니다.
  - 중요한 것은 각도의 개수가 아니라, 어떤 위치(각도)에서 측정하는 것이 중요합니다.

• LALS와 HALS 신호를 입사광으로부터 물리적으로 분리함으로써, 깨끗하고 안정적인 시그널을 얻을 수 있습니다. 

• 녹색 레이저(505nm)를 적용하여 적색 레이저(660nm) 대비 약 3배 높은 감도를 제공합니다.







기존 MALS 검출기 문제를 해결한 현대적인 Flow-cell



• 기존 석영(Quartz) 대신 비반사, 생체적합성(Bio-inert)의 검은색 PEEK Flow cell 적용
  - 미광을 반사시키지 않고 흡수
  - 형광 검출기의 설계 개념을 적용

• 석영(Quartz) 대비 표면 상호작용 감소
  - 오염 & 불순물 축적 감소

• Low flow cell volume
  - HPLC 및 UPLC 시스템 모두 사용 가능

• LenS3는 매우 낮은 Backpressure
  - MALS 장착을 위해 전체 검출기 배관을 다시 구성할 필요 없음

MALS 광산란을 이용한 절대분자량 및 크기 측정 원리


• 분자량이 증가할수록 빛은 전방으로 더 강하게 산란됩니다.
• 저각 및 고각 검출기에서 측정한 산란광의 각도별 강도 차이를 통해 분자의 크기를 측정합니다.


SEC-MALS 분석 결과 : 용출 피크의 구조, 조성 및 특성 규명


• 분자량(MW)과 회전반경(Rg)을 함께 측정함으로써, 용출 피크의 분자 특성 및 구조적 조성을 해석하는데 
  유용한 추가정보를 얻을 수 있습니다.
